About Us

The Kuskokwim Watershed Council is an organization formed to protect the Kuskokwim River and the land that drains into it. There is a long tradition of stewardship of the land that goes far beyond written history. The Watershed Council wants to continue that tradition, building a bridge between the old and the new ways of protecting the land.
